Regency House provides modern air-conditioned suites with free WiFi, a 10-minute walk from both Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset MRT Stations. Just across Orchard Central shopping mall, it has a rooftop outdoor pool. A free parking space is provided with each suite booked.

Spacious and luxurious, all newly-refurbished suites feature a living room with a sofa and cable TV. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table are included. En suite and common bathrooms have either a shower or a bathtub.

Regency House is a 10-minute stroll from Plaza Singapura, 313 Somerset and local eateries at Killiney Road. It is a 5-minute drive from Clarke Quay and Chinatown. Changi International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Guests can exercise at the fitness room or make use of the barbecue pits on the rooftop recreation area. Laundry services, a business center and 24-hour guest services are provided.

Amazing service, location and value for money!

The staff is so helpful, friendly and flexible. Absolutely the best service. The apartments are great value for money, simple but very functional, spacious and well furnished. The roof terrace with the open air pool surrounded by trees is a lovely touch. Location is perfect.

The gym could be a little better maintained, the water dispenser didn't have cups to drink, and tbe treadmill has several buttons not working. Also it would be very helpful if the lounge used for breakfast was open the rest of the day when one needs a quiet place to work.

- location, close to MRT stations, orchard road and Fort Canning park - breadfast, it has eveything we need, bread, cheese, egg, milk, yoghurt, cornflakes, fresh fruits, juice, cakes, coffee/tee, etc. the ladies working in the kitchen are very friendly. You can either sit in the lounge with air-conditioning or by the pool in the free air. - washing machine/dryer in the apartment

Thanks to the girls at the front counter who were very friendly and helpful!

The location of this Adina, the facilities of the apartment, especially the wash machine with dry-up feature！ Everything is convenient at hand and the room is spacious. I would like to stay with Adina next time even when I travel outside of Singapore because I believe the Adina service elsewhere is the same warm as that of Adina Singapore Orchard.

It would be perfect if the room service is everyday or every other day rather than every Monday, Wendesday, Friday.

Comfortable stay and good for families.

The location is close to various malls within walking distance. Great to have washer/dryer in the room and well equipped kitchen. Nice welcome package in room and receptionist came to our room on arrival to explain everything thing in our suite. Close to bus service and used Grab (if you have an infant you must required a certain type for car seat).

There was a lot of traffic & construction noise. Good breakfast but wish they could change it up every other day, same menu everyday. But glad it was offered on the weekdays.

Great property, would definitely go back.

Very well located. Staff was always nice and helpful. Swimming pool is a plus after being out all day to relax. Washing machine in the room is a big plus given the weather in Singapore.

You can hear the people in the halleway, but it's not too noisy.

Very difficult because of our Covid infection, but bearable because of the staffs help and kindness

The apartment could have been better equipped with utensils, ie more cutlery, glasses, etc. There "just" enough for 2 persons only. A few more knives, forks, plates would have been useful every time we ate we had to clean utensils before having additional courses. During our stay we contracted Covid and had to isolate. The staff were amazing, especially the kitchen staff who delivered a full breakfast to our door each morning. The 7 days isolation would have been much more difficult without their help.

Very quiet and an excellent shower, very important when your restricted to your room for 7 days.

Awesome stay in familly

The advantages of the appartement with the comfort of a hotel. Staff very helpful, from day 1 were the little ones were tired after a 15h trip and allowed to checkin earlier. From the last day were we needed to print some documents.

Only comment we could say is that when leaving the appartement, we used to switch off everything and when coming back, after room service has passed, all lights were back on. A small detail, but we believe it would make sense to keep the lights off once room service done

We like the location, staff and cleanliness

The room has ants and mosquitos ( I have a proof in video). No services at the pool, SPA and gym.

Highly recommended

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it is spacious and well maintained. Perfect location as it is very near to many MRT stations and shopping malls. It is also near to Fort Canning Park and Clark Quay. Can even walk to Marina . The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

No view from the hotel. Breakfast is quite standard and not many varieties. But served fruits, tea and coffee daily.
